The exact areas of our brains that are engaged and strengthened during times of spiritual practice are the same areas that wither in the experience of depression. Recent scientific research has shown having a spiritual life protects us from mental illness. This experiential workshop will explore how our connection with Spirit uplifts, nourishes, and supports us in maintaining our mental health. Participants will discover their innate wisdom, connect to inner peace, and create a plan of spiritual practices to nurture their deepening spirituality to support their mental health.
