The session will include a guided meditation, a reflective writing ritual, and a simple candle or stone ceremony to honor the people and experiences that have shaped your life. Participants are invited to bring a photo and share a story of anyone who lives in their heart, as this tribute is open to all loved ones and not limited to military remembrance. This workshop provides a peaceful, heart‑opening space of connection and belonging for everyone.
